Reverse of letter sheet with monogram 'NMcG' (Nancy McEwan Green)

An album page showing the back of a folded notecard, embossed and printed at the centre with the stylised dark-blue monogram ‘N M^c G’ — the personal stationery of Nancy McEwan Green, with her middle initial rendered in the ‘Mc’ ligature form (small superscript ‘c’ underlined) to evoke the McEwan name. The cursive of the inside of the letter shows through the paper in reverse (mirror image). This is the cover of the letter that opens on page 268 (‘Dear Peck and Ann’) and continues on pages 269–270.
