A loose sheet mounted to the album page, filled edge-to-edge with a hand-drawn pencil descendant chart connecting the Perry, FitzSimons, Walker, and McEwan branches.

Upper-right marginal note (in pencil, in the compiler’s hand):

the 3rd m[arried] — Col. Wm. Fuller of Beaufort being the 3rd husband.

Top row (Perry generation — matriarch with three husbands):

[The first name of “Perry” is clipped by the trimmed left edge of the loose sheet; only “—rd Perry” is visible, suggesting an abbreviated “Edwd.” (Edward) or “Richd.” (Richard). The strike-through “Harriet” is the compiler’s own self-correction to “Maria Ann”; her third husband, per the upper-right note, was Col. Wm. Fuller of Beaufort.]
