The outside of a folded sheet of paper used as a wrapper or label for the large fold-out Perry family tree mounted on the following pages. Inscribed in blue fountain-pen ink across the middle of the sheet in the compiler’s hand. A faint blue smudge is visible at upper centre. No additional marginalia.
