Three signatures: an attending physician (cursive — first name appears to be ‘Thomas’ with a middle initial ‘L’ or ‘I’, surname starting with ‘S’ — uncertain reading, possibly ‘Thomas L. Slau’ / ‘Thomas I. Sears’ / similar) and two hospital directors, Garth Walker and James W. Quinn (the long-serving administrator of Orange Memorial Hospital 1954–1977). The middle name ‘McEwan’ preserves the maternal family surname — the child’s mother is Nancy Fletcher McEwan Green (Mrs. Theodore R. Green), Amy FitzSimons Walker’s granddaughter and the namesake of ‘Nancy’s book.’

Theodore McEwan Green is the son of Nancy Fletcher McEwan (b. 13 Sept 1946, Orlando) + Theodore Robert Green (b. 30 April 1938, Arcade NY) — they married 3 Feb 1968 in Orlando, so Theodore McEwan Green was born five months later. Nancy is the daughter of Mary Ann Walker McEwan + Lt. Oswald Beverley ‘Bo’ McEwan, and the granddaughter of the album’s compiler Amy FitzSimons Walker.
