Die-cut greeting-card medallion: red rose surrounded by pink blossoms, with green bow

A single die-cut paper medallion preserved loose in the album. The medallion is a scalloped circular doily-shape printed in soft tan with a wreath of pink five-petalled flowers surrounding a large red rose at the centre; below the disc is a separately cut green ribbon bow. No text is printed on the card and there is no inscription on the reverse visible in the scan — confirmed at full resolution. Probably the face of a printed greeting card (valentine, birthday, or get-well), with the message originally on a separate inner sheet.
