The service for Oswald Beverly “Bo” McEwan, 81, of Orlando, who died Wednesday, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at The Cathedral of St. Luke in Orlando, with burial at Greenwood Cemetery in Orlando. He was a former president of the Florida Bar Association, United States Referee in Bankruptcy and was on the Florida Real Estate Commission Trustee Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund.

Oswald Beverly “Bo” McEwan (b. c. 1909/10, d. 1990s) was the compiler’s son-in-law: he married Amy and J. P. Walker’s daughter Mary Ann Walker on 14 May 1941 at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Jacksonville (book-003 pp. 1–2). A WWII U.S. Army officer turned Orlando attorney, he later served as president of the Florida Bar and as U.S. Referee in Bankruptcy. He is the grandfather of Nancy Fletcher McEwan (b. 1946; mentioned on pages 600 and 601) and of James Walker McEwan, and the great-grandfather of the present custodian of this album.
