NCNB (No. Carolina Nat’l Bank) has made an offer to buy Pan American. If all is approved, the takeover will occur Jan 1, 1986. At present, we do not know what effect it will have on us, but it could certainly mean some drastic changes. It’s all a wait and see at the moment.
