The verso of the genealogy worksheet whose recto is p398. The visible side records the marriage of Mary Ann Walker (Hunter McEwan’s grandmother) to Oswald Beverly McEwan and their three children. The bleed-through visible across the sheet is the reverse-image of p398’s record of Mary Ann’s siblings — James Pickens Walker Jr. and Emma Dee Walker Corbell — confirming this sheet is the back of that worksheet. Written in blue ballpoint in the same hand as p398. The Nov. 23 1975 date on Nancy’s second marriage to Gary Norman is later than her mother’s Feb. 7 1975 death, so this side of the sheet was being updated as recently as late 1975.

The faint mirror-image writing visible across this sheet is the reverse-image of the worksheet recto (p398), recording Mary Ann’s elder siblings James Pickens Walker Jr. (1912–1969) and Emma Dee Walker Corbell (1915–1959), and the three Corbell children. The “Cynthia Bleam,” “Theodore Green,” and “Gary Norman” annotations on this side mark the marriages of the McEwan children; James Walker McEwan (“Jim”) is Hunter McEwan’s father.
